Whats the score with this, once you fix it, is it ok to put straight back on the road, any procedures you need to go through?

cat c needs a vic test by vosa before they will let you apply for a v5, 35 quid last time i had one done, cat c can have varying amounts of damage so every car is different,certainly not a no go area by any means, i bought 5 cars at auction a couple of months ago, 2 of which are on the register 1 c and 1 d neither of which are that badly damaged
