Dodge Ram :tu:

Girlfriends uncle runs one, but with it being a V engine, you have to run 2 of everything.

Ive never seen a petrol engine that cant be made to run well on gas if the installer knows what they are doing.

IMO Jeep Cherokee is the best vehicle from that list.

Not all cars like gas as certain engines suffer from valve seat erosion (sp) also the HT system on any car has to be well maintained or you will suffer from misfires whilst on lpg.

You can stop the valve seat erosion by using AUTO FLASH, or dry fuel seats, which is what I had fitted to my xr4i.
"V" engines are no harder to convert than anything else and do not require two of everything.
It depends on whether you are getting WET INJECTION(gas) or normal dry gas.
I would get one already done, so you can see if there are any problems before you buy.

ps you could always get a diesel and run it on 11p a litre heating oil!!

plus its comfy, has all the toys an you can pick em up for less than 15 k now

Tabetha - valve lube systems do work well enough, they dont work on hondas though for example though.

A mate of mine is selling a Grand Cherokee with BRC 56 system I fitted last year, its a 4 litre and quite tidy if your looking at Jeeps.

If you get one already converted, make sure you get the installation certificate too, as the insurance company will want to see this.

It can be expensive to get afterwards, especially if the system is an older type, and not everyone will want to put their name to someone elses install....
