Heard on another forum (SXOC) they have a fair amount of group buys, and can only be a good thing getting stuff cheeper...thought it might be a good idea on here to have a section for it?

sorry but the discounts are generally shite and then theres the pennyless people on here who aint got the cash to commit

its been tried before,, remember PJay aaggeeeeeesssss ago doing a group buy on something for another trader to see it was taking off so UNDERCUTTING HIM and gaining the sale

so he done the idea, got the info and sorted out a price so he would be ok for something and a trader turned up and claimed the prize,,,, NICE !

sorry but i would want more than 10% off for a group buy,,,, and tbh some traders on heres prices aint as good as can be got elses where and the ones that CAN wont do em cheeper as they generally cant/wont

then theres the sheep looking forum where everyone has a proalloy cooler/ zoo beam ect and then resale goes to shite as there sold cheeper on group

and usually its shite stuff thats group buy too,,, things like pace coolers as they need sales so offer a deal as theres another company who are doing well

Thing is, with the SXOC its usually interesting and harder to get things, stuff people want but rarely can afford to get alone as it needs custom making or bringing from Japan.

Unfortunatly, in the very structured modifiying of the RS scene, there are very few parts like that that people would go for.
People stick to the same old stuff, and therefore almost every trader on the RS planet stocks them.
