Wow, fair play to whoever made those!

I was also of the "it would cost too much" opinion!

I thought they looked really good.

One thing did bother me though, you'll be spending near on Ł2k for a set of wheels that 90% of the people looking at it probably wouldn't notice.

I'm not sure if I like that...

plus you get the satisfaction that it might look standard to the ordinary person... but to people who really like the car - i.e. here - they notice, so you aint talking to chavs all day telling you about there mate that has the 22" wheels on a 10,000 bhp scoobie that will kill you car... just my oppinion...

There is slightly less, i think due to them being larger in diameter and still 8" wide possibly, loads more dish than say 16" mondys though!
That's what I thought too!

Spoke to him today about ordering some and he's producing some ET15's which should clear AP's.

The ones pictured are ET25 as OE wheels.

Cant wait till he calls me back

Do love my ronnies tho, which may become rare again

Really like the look of those.
Gonna be the next rim-overkill tho I feel. At least the Esc Cos comes in more than one colour tho to mix it up a bit and create a different look.

Matcos spoke to him at ford fair and he wasnt sure if they would clear AP's. TBH that would have been top of my list on the drawing board stage. What good are they if they wont fit over AP's ,yeah nice and very very different but to not ensure that they will clear AP's after what i can only presume will have been a fair bit of expense on his behalf to me seems like a bit of a schoolboy error????

How many of you guys would buy these wheels even if it meant taking your AP's off and going back to standard brakes ?

Thats why i was going to use an old style mo to start with so that 380mm brakes with 6 pot ap`s would fit lol, also hope he has got them tested and aproved as if anyone has any problems with them or crashes ect then he could end up in prison or with a very very big pay out, as this is what stopped me from going any more in to it, its allright to make a set for yourself but if you start to sell them, then it becomes a very different thing all together.
Still they look good, would have liked to see them fill the arch a bit more but fare play to him and i hope all goes well

I'm glad you said that, as looking at the side profile pictures, I was thinking that there is no way they would clear big brakes or that they were ET15s on his car .

Would even have a set for mine if they cleared the brakes .

(Obviously providing the issues Duncan mentioned were clarified ).

i saw them and couldnt believe it, they look absolutly fantastic and i wouldnt be bothered about tiny nit picking details like the dish or filling the arches. they fill the archs a lot better than a load of other flat face wheels i see on escos'.
the one problem about them is that after staring at the for about ten minutes and groveling, now all the original 16inch versions look small and wrong in my eyes
my sierras fucked
i cant wait to see them on a saff and a 3dr, fair play to the lad who done em, hes onto a winner

What ET would they need to be in order not to stick out like they usually do on Saffs?
