Ally Bottom Pully Good Or Bad?
Ok I have aquired an ally bottom crank pully.... Now a few people have told me that they are a bad idea due to them not having a damper in them like the original....
I would just like some opinions... BTW It will be balanced with the crank,Flywheel, Clutch so I can't see a problem?
Is It something people add the the YB Lump?
Many Thanks In Advance!

I wouldn't fit one again
when it was on the car would kickback on the starter whilst cranking changed it to a std one and the problem went away.
I've heard of another person had prob with one too.

Team HOTHOT!
Only causes problems on engines with the crank sensor pickup mounted so it reads off the crank pully itself - IE, YB engines
Won't be a problem at all on a capri 2.8i

Excellent many thanks!
Its not actually a Capri engine..... Its a 7M-GTE (mk3 supra)
Engine is going to be a pretty big spec, 450-500hp The Idea was to put it back in the supra.... but I'm now very tempted to put it in the Capri
Many Thanks for the replys
