pet plan mate.

Claimed on illness and accidents 3 times too and they have always paid out in full. Been with them years, never a quibble. Worth it regardless of wether there are cheaper available.

What cover have you got mate? is it worth going for the top one? (3 to choose from). Premium is more than double what i pay for my car insurance Should have bought goldfish instead

im with petplan and pay £17 a month!

always a good idea for insurance as my dog got into a fight last week and had his ear cut in half so had to be taken to emergency to get it stitched and cost £600. waiting for the cheque but next time im not going to give the sum myself but let the vet put the claim through so the money goes stright to them.

£17 pounds on my rotty i think is reasonable

I am with the Kennel club insurance.

I am not sure how much I am a month but I cannot fault them.
we had our boxer pup Kiera for 1 week when my daughter (who was 16 months old) pulled or pushed her from the couch.
As a result , Kiera sustained a broken leg. this led to her getting a foot infection, which led to her having her inner toe removed.
Her leg break has now mended but her leg has stopped growing from the lower joint and is now about 2" shorter than the other hind leg.
She has been to the vetinary hospital who are unsure what to do with her .
She may lose the leg altogether as it has healed at an angle, as well as her paw which has siezed into the the position that it would be in when she has weight put on it.
Breaking and resetting isn't really an option as it could complicate things apparently.
So far she has cost us around £2000 in vet fees and the insurance has paid out.

In my view get the best policy you can afford for your pet, you never know when you may need to rely on it.

We're with Marks & Spencer. Never had to use it (touch wood) but was recommended by a quite a few people.

Thing we liked was that if he gets an ilness and requires treatment M&S will pay out even if he gets it again. Some companies will only pay out on first instance. So if your dog gets same condition again your fuked.

we've got a boxer and have our insurance off E&L pay £13 .everywhere else wanted double that because she was about 5yrs when we had to change as our last company decided that they wasn't gonna do pet insurance anymore.
and as we had claimed cause she had tumours in both ears, had to have parts of both ears removed they tried to rob.us but E&L are brill when we had renewal it hadnt gone up
