today i have been mostly watching
went to high edge raceway today to see the might brisca formula 1`s.
it was there world semi final meeting.
these are spaceframe 600+bhp monsters
current world champion andy smith
his little brother stuart smith
and mister brisca himself frankie wainman junior.
he builds about 85% of the current top running cars in f1,this is my fav picture ,painted in pearl paint
it was also the national hot rod british championship, and this was racing
,was a bit shabby though but did run all steel mass race engine

PassionFord Post Whore!!
are they really 600bhp tbh didnt think they were that powerfull when i seen them.
but dont think they really get opened up when they come up here as track not really big enough and the f2's are quicker round the oval

bangers figure of 8 was crap
and yes they really are that powerful,on tar they mostly use small block chevy`s.they reckon over 700bhp is overkill
last year there was a f1 built for shale that was dyno`d at 915bhp.
ran an 11 litre big block chevy
they have 2 gears, fast and what the fook
andy smith won the skottish championship this year mate

yous not think stock cars has also got a bit carried away with the £££?
it used to be excactly what it was called "stock car" or stock engines etc and mostly came down to good driving and a well set up car,now its who can buy the most powerfull engine etc ?
thats the reason i prefer the pro stocks and bangers tbh
