Has anybody had any of ebay they look good come with arp bolts and seller has good feedback but dont want to buy a load of rubbish

do you wanna change the geometry of the engine?

if you dont,, i personally wouldnt waste my money on rods,,, have you ever heard of a cossie rod being too weak?

Im going for 500+ so want the bottem end as good as i can get so i thought these might be a good idea thats all so are standard rods good for 500 or are the cose to the limit

niel @carwise used standard rods for 600+ with no probs waste of money imo

isnt the cosworth bottom end fully steel anyway just not billet
