i'm sure there are some places you could see some of the racing from, but i reckon it's well worth paying for imo.
the racing was excellent yesterday, but the thing that really impressed me was some of the stuff they were doing with helicopters!
absolutely mental!

yeah, they're not too slow are they...
highest entry speed i saw was about 400 odd kph.. which is probably quite a lot when you're in a place about 20-30 feet above the thames...

missed the guy doing the gate.. i was just on my way back in from the preposterously long queue at the cash machine.
got to admit, it generally seemed the higher the entry speed, the less control they had and the more penalties they got.
the guy in the red/white plane was the daddy imo.. although i think one of the americans won this round.

Yea the higher entry speed didnt help the times. Its holding the speed and flying neatly that gave the quick times.

06 Steve Jones Matador GBR 1
07 Nigel Lamb Breitling GBR 0
08 Frank Versteegh Lobo NED 0
09 Nicolas Ivanoff Mediterranean Racing Team FRA 0
10 Sergey Rakhmanin Dragon Racing RUS 0
