how much anti freeze
how much anti freeze should i put in my saff cos? i had a split hose so its now getting fresh coolant in morning. cheers.

i should of asked how much coolant does a cossie take? 5 litres?

I always put in 2 1/2 litres of a/freeze in first on any engine, going to be plenty enough to stop corrosion.

I used to use army green antifreeze but friend can't "aquire" it anymore, so have to pay for it now!!

I use blue stuff at the garage I work and I'm always instructed on a litre of antifreeze and then topped up with coolant.
