Might have missed a post on the reasons cos not been in GD much the last week or so compared to time I norm spend here.
Why's the board gone all sporadic and slow?

Keep getting the "cannot connect to database" error screen frequently.
Also get "cannot find server" messages now and again.
Today had many "this page cannot be displayed" messages.
Pages/ forums slow to open.
Sometimes when posting it comes back with "no post mode specified" and lose that post and have to type it all out again.

Even tho I have an old comp I know it's not that as other sites are fine. I appreciate the site's very busy at times but wondered if there was anything specific that was causing it?
Not posting replies properly is hugely annoying.
