Ive never seen anything like it round here.

As you may or may not know thanks to the floods we have no water supply here at all. Zero. Nowt.

I just been out to get something and thought id check out the town centre as where i was there was a bizzare lack of traffic (it never gets quiet here, annoying really) and I wondered how town was getting on as 7days a week its busy till gone 3am as there more pubs and clubs than any other building, tis party town.

Was mental, never seen anything like it here, 10.30 at night and nothing, almost everywhere shut, almost no people, no noise, no nothing.
2 nightclubs were open, 3 bouncers each on the door, but instead of the usual long queues, nothing at all.
Saw 1 pub open out of 50odd, a couple of fast food joints were open and 2 police cars were outside, so thought it weas the usual drunken fighting.
Nope, 5 coppers in there eating pizza and chatting.

With no pedestrians/coppers/cars the boyracers have re-taken the streets, parked up in town without getting laughed at for the first time in years, caning around with nobody to run over or arrest em.

Tis well wierd.

Fuck knows what youldve happened if the electric went for a long time like they said it might. Carnage I expect.

 

Wait a minute... civilisation ground to a halt? Wankers thrashing cars around all over the place?

Get a fairly quick car, some leathers, and you too could play the part of Max Rockatansky!

My missus went to Cheltenham Uni. Quite like the place when I've been up there.

Shitter with the floods though, could take some time to sort out and God only knows how much money

 

Just been out filling some tanks as our bowers are empty round here.. Due to twats leaving them on

And indeed the town is very eerie not much open.

 

There about 10 bowsers within i dunno, 200m of my house, lucky i guess, but never had to use one yet, but with no water for TWO fucking weeks im sure i will soon.
Thank fuck im off to scotland this weekend, even tho im off along now, bloody birds!

Towns wierd tho eh, never seen it like that, most towns are quiet at night, but not cheltenham, tons of pissed up people 365 days a year normally

Im gonna drive the Silvia to work tomorrow so i might take it for a "test drive" around the ghost town in a bit

I got 40 ltrs now so will help for a few days
