We had scaffolding put up on the outside of our house today for some renovation works on the outside of the house, they are starting the work tomorrow, and i dont live in the best areas, and there are 10/11 yr olds that just cause shit everywhere they go.
Within a matter of three hours, 3 of them climbed up it.
The first time, my friend came round and started walking towards my house and he scared them off, they shit themselves everytime anyone comes near the house.
The 2nd time, there was two up on the top platform which go right upto the bedroom windows, and luckily my mum and stepdad came round the corner, and they shat themselves and jumped down and ran off.
This isnt the first time we have trouble with these little shits, but anyway.
If they were to injure themselves on the scaffolding, who would be liable, us or the company? There isnt really a option to put up a fence around it otherwise we could not get into our house.
I have been signed off of work, so at least i can help keep look out when the builders arent here, because otherwise it would just be my grandad on his own, and they call him all sorts, they just aint scared of him.
If you say anything to them, they shout back, if you chase them, things get worse. Spoke to one of the parents, who lives 3 doors down, you would think they wouldnt do it that close to home
Any general advice of how to get rid of them? Anyone had this trouble before?

Wait in for them and when they climb up to the top, make sure you "escort" them back down as quickly as possible
, only using the scaffolding if you have to.
Mop up the blood, relocate the corpses and deny it.
Seriously though, are there any warning signs up? I'm pretty sure the company doing the scaffolding would have liability insurance, but worth checking.
