screaming/whining spark plugs?????

screaming/whining spark plugs?????
anyone ever heard of plugs making this kind of noise?
car has been making a high pitch scream/howl type noise (i thought my turbo was blown) so out of irritation/frustration/boredom i decided to try go diagnose/break it further today
went fine holding 2+bar down the dualler when loaded up, until i let tim drive it
he gets in car then does a huge misfire as the boost peaked in 3rd and then the screaming noise came back
i change the 3000 mile 1 year old 22thou ngk 9 plugs for a set of 700 mile 24thou plugs of the same that tim had laying about, disconnected the amal (1.4 barheld) and took it back out.....fine (but not fast lol). i then reconnect the amal and it holds full boost mint with no misfire or screaming noise
please explain

aye and then the diff and then the box that now jumps out of gear (did that out of 3rd after a large squirt round owlar bar island on way home)

watch banging your head lad, thats bad for headaches 
werent (did feel) down on power, blow by in my terms means down past the rings which i know the engine dont suffer
