Speed Bump - Dubai Style!
Dubai street officials put in a speed bump on a stretch of road they knew people sped down. Heres a video (slightly grainy but watchable)

why the hell did nobody see it? they have to paint them here or put up signs next to any bumps so you cant miss it really
