Sounds like a good spec.
My new head is cnc big port(with extra work by ava)
1mm oversized ferera valves
Kent doube springs
Titainum Retainers
Mountune cams
Multi layer steel headgasket
Will be good to see what differance the big valves and extra porting will make as ava did a similar engine that made 360 ATW.

with a mildly ported head, and plenty of boost, do you recon you could see 500 bhp /500 Lbs of torque? You see a lot of 500-520 BHP engines but with a crap torque figure, some even not making 400Lbs/Ft
My T4 saff is on 25/26mm head with std cams, a 4x4 plenum, 850cc injectors etc, and holds 2.5 bar, not really had a chance to drive it yet as I have been doing a few jobs on it, and converting it to RWD from 4x4. It has been estimated at 450BHP ( which I think is a conservative estimate), and was certainly stupidly fast as a 4x4, can't wait to give it some in 2wd form
