Saving YouTube clips?
Is there a way of doing it? I want a clip of Stephen Hawking for something at work but haven't the foggiest how to save the clip I need.
Anybody help?

yeah i use firefox browser, then downloaded an extension(very small file) so it allows me to simply click on the video and download it straight away

Just look in C:\Documents and Settings\[Your Username]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
They are cached in there.
They will look like this "get_video?video_id=M0ONe2Leoq4" The characters after the = is the video ie. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M0ONe2Leoq4
Just copy the file and rename to something.flv
For playing the video you can use Riva FLV player or converting use Super.
They are cached in there.

Plays fine, shows video perfectly (least it does on my PC cos I just did it)

as soon as i go home i'll try and do something with it
