Why oh why oh why!!!

This has all been tried. A Front mounted cooler like that will not fit without major major modification.

Put it back on Ebay IMO and buy one of the known ones that were made for the job, like GRS.

You're gonna have fun because the entry/exit pipes on that are on different sides, so you will need a load of custom hoses made up.
did it come with anything, what is it? Is it just a generic IC or specifically for a ERST?!

It's most probably an XS Power job off Ebay. You won't get anyone to make you Stainless pipes for it and to do it with Silicone and Joiners will just end up with so many scruffy joins that it won't be air-tight and you will wish you had just bought the proven GRS cooler.

From experience mate I would go for a Pro alloy one custom made to your requirements.

Thing is you have saved money there buying that one but you will need to spend a good 100-200 quid in hoses and stainless pipe.

You want the shortest route possible ideally to maintain a good flow rather than a figure of 8 pattern of tubes etc.

I think Pro alloy make a custom one for around 350 ish and will make it exactly how you want.

Worth giving them a call
