Is the money being sent to him or a charity? I think it should be given to him... that way they can decide what they want to do with the money.

Thanks everyone, has been the hardest time of my life but im still going. Friends and family have raised a fair bit to go to the menigitis trust aswell so i hope it helps someone else so they dont go through the pain we have.

Sorry people only just seen this.
Reason the cheques havent been cashed yet is because I've had a right mare with Paypal over my account - they were questionning all the money that was suddenly going into my account!!!
But I now have it sorted so I am banking the cheques & transferring the funds from my Paypal account today and with any luck a cheque will be winging its way to the charity by the end of the week.
Charity is the official Meningitus Trust.

If DK is alive he could get himself in a lot of trouble, some guy from where ive got family lied about having cancer and got a load of charity money amongst other things and ended up doing 9 months inside for it. Its fraud/goods by deception. Whether its for a charity or not.
