Latest total as per first post mate.
Unfortunately I wont be able to update the total with all the cheques that have come through until Sunday evening as I'm away all weekend.
What I can say is....expect a rather large hike in the total sometime early next week.
Paypal has thrown a wobbly on my account too & has brought up 'possible money laundering' crap - so I have to send in some more proof of who I am etc etc before I get the full use of my account back!!!!
Darren & his family have decided that no flowers were to be sent to to the cremation today & that all donations would go straight to the Meningitus Trust - so that is where all monies will be sent.
At some point a cutoff date will have to be set....but whilst monies are still coming in I will keep it open for the time being - hope this is ok for people!!!

I think if its for a charity you can get off the fees Lee but email em and tell them exactly what its for and post a link to here to show them if need be.

Easily exceeded the £1000 mark now!!!
I am going to set the cut off date to be this Sunday 22nd July 2007.

Just awaiting a response back from Paypal in the hope that they will refund the £48.72 in fees from the monies donated.
If they do then the final totals will be....
Paypal - £953.72
Bank Transfers - £200.00
Cheques - £212.28
TOTAL - £1300.00
FYI - I havent cashed peoples cheques yet - I will do this when I have transferred the funds across from Paypal so I can send the donation in one large FAT cheque to the charity!!!
