Right i've been with T-Mobile nearly 8 years i think and their showing no reward for my loyalty - i know they dont have too, but an early upgrade would be nice when the 6280 is on its last legs.

So i'm looking to other networks, o2, Orange, 3 etc.....

I've had o2 ring me a few times offering me a free N95 with loads more minutes and texts for the same price as the Flext 50 i have with T-Mobile now, wish i'd taken the offer when it was offered

Am i correct in saying that T-Mobile and o2 have UK call centres? I seem to recall Orange and 3 being out sourced?

Anyone got any opinions on any of the Co's mentioned?

 

I think with Orange, some of them have outsourced and some are UK, depending on what department you're talking to.
