My pc's been running really slow the last couple of days & when i say slow i mean SSSSS LLLLLLLLLLLLLLL OOOOOOOOOO WWWWWWWWWW

Every single thing is taking ages to load, any forum i visit, any reply i type etc etc

I've run spybot & cc cleaner but it's not any better

Any ideas people?

Im on Virgin Media broadband btw.

 

what is the brief spec of your pc mate?? added any new programs since this has been happening??

so is is just the internet or the whole pc. run a disk check and also defragment and also run antivirus scan

do you use internet explorer?

then open a new window(internet explorer)
tools ---> preference ----> then click on the button that says delete



edit:
as i have ie7 it some new things there!

just delete the 2 on the top

or you could delete all of them
