It's not right is it? I know that per capita it's probably right that there are more circuits in England but jeezo Knockhill is hardly Spa is it? And for those not fortunate enough to have experienced the hospitality there, its a hut!

And no matter what season it may be, its fucking freezin. And it rains there every day.

Can some lottery money not be used to give Scotland a much needed world class race circuit? How much would it cost and can it have a roof?
