I drive a white Astra van as a dailey run around,as im too tight ot use the 5 every day!!!

Basicly,sparked updrivin yday afternoon to go to a mates,saw the blue lights behind me,and i just slowed down to let him past,as its IMPOSSIBLE to be speedin in the van but he followed me in,and yup,he had me...

Came to the window,and said "know why i stoped you",corse i said "no" and said cause im not aloud to smoke in a works vehicle!!!

So had to explain/prove,that its not a works car,its a private vehicle!!!!! To be fair he was sound with it,and said,your gonna get stopped to FUCK now,drivin that if your smoking!! I thought GREAT!!!

But he was cool with me,and he was only doin his job.But just be carful,as they ARE lookin out for you...

That is an outrage. I mean FFS I understand that its now the law, but its also against the law to discard a cigarette end, littering. Inconsistent enforcement of these laws really piss me off. Plod, would be better of catching criminals.

Incorrect actually.... I signed a waiver (anyone can do this with a company car) to say that my company car can be smoked in.... not by me as I don't smoke and I won't let anyone else smoke in it, but I didn't want the "No Smoking" sticker in or on the car.

I've had to put a no smoking sign up in my driving lessons car even though i dont allow anyone to smoke in it anyway lol.
