Default cossie management help

ok, escort series2 rs turbo, been converted to efi cossie management with level 6 ecu with pectel board, 2wd engine bay loom bla bla bla

car wont start, it turns over but wont fire up. More worrying is the readings off the collins monitor. This is when ignition is turned on...

Water and air readin is -55
TPS reading is a constant 89 degrees
Revs reading is 69,000
Ignition and crank readin is 000

my mates cossie managed car reads correctly with just his ignition on. It cant be loom or ecu or chip coz have tried 2 looms, plus a level 8 ecu from a running perfectly cossie managed rs turbo escort.

Crank wires and TPS wires have been reversed, everything has been tried. Spark plugs are giving a spark, fuel is reaching the rail etc, 99% of the sensors are brand new

Car just wont fire up,plus as said, giving those weird readings on the monitor, with my ecu plus any other that i try

Anyone got any ideas? im getting close to calling it a day now and breaking it. Cossie managment has been done so many times by so many people, i shouldnt be having so much troubles lol

why have u reversed the TPS wires? on the standard 2wd loom, you shouldnt need to unless your running an L8 or P8

(sorry just seen your post)

A TPS fault wont prevent the car from starting.

A CPS fault wont show the erros on the monitor you are getting either

Sounds like you have a reference voltage problem.

The voltage supplied to the sensors from pin 30 and pin 11. (most likely pin 11 which is the sensor earth)

Check these go to the ecu connector properly.

xr4x4rs- its been done by thecut and shut dizzy style, and then with cosworth ignition leads.

435554......i will have to check this then. could that be a faulty wiring loom plug then where it plugs into the ecu?
