so what are my options on spec then? i would say that i would use it on the road more than track, probbaly 70% road 30% track.
The only thing that i want is a basic form of launch controll or even just a decent rev limiter.

The engine Ryan is selling is a bargin, running that even with a T38 would give you 450 bhp. I would say spend 5 max on a good engine then, 1500 on brakes, a good rear beam and koni's with ahmed springs. Then get a live map at MSD with there launch control fitted.
