Try dropping "theygotmetoo" a PM (used to be genesis engineering on here before the great trader cull) he seems to be up for doing small volume work

Lloyd Engineering 01953 881255.
They do one of stuff, and are very good, they even have a SPARK erosion machine, so a good set up company all round.

http://www.ttvracing.com/

Try these guys.

Their specialism is one off / low volume flywheels and pulleys.

Very reasonably priced to, especially if you have decent drawings.

Garage19, the pulleys they have on display there dont seem to have any teeth on any of them, and being ally surely even if they did have then they wouldnt be any use with a crank sender?

It would pose a challenge for an inductive sensor to read off an alloy pulley!

I'll drop them a line about the machining though

nigel b don't know mate, a colleague of mine has been dealing with them, but he's been satisfied so far don't know about the price, but then you don't tend to care when you're having it done for the company

They have tooth cutting facilities as they make flywhells with integral ring gears.

Its up to you what material you want it made out of. I'm sure they would be happy to make it out of what ever you want.

They also have a very accurate balancing macine there that they use to balance theyre flywheels to some stupid tolerance. If the pulley is going on the end of the crank it would be wise to have it balanced too.
