can anybody show me a simple diagram of the radiator fans of a 93 4x4 cosworth sierra i need to test the fans but would like to know how they are controlled and how to power them manually thanks for your help overheated twice now need to get them sorted even a in car switch will do


2 plugs but where are the swithches and what terminals need to be crossed

 

easy way to check you fans work and to eliminate the fan switch is to by pass it

so passenger side of the rad at the bottom is where you fan switch is connected

take the plug off and put a loop of wire in there from one pin to teh other

this should turn the fans on

if it does then replace the fan switch

if it doesnt then you need to check the fuse and relay in teh fuse box
