just rang them to upgrade from my xda11i brick.

i was on a 12 month contract (the old on-line 200),i was paying £15 a month for 200 mins,400 texts.

got told i could have to pay £30 a month for the same contract with a ericsson k810i phone (although they tried to push a nokia n75 on me)

told them to cancel it,got told i can have 150 mins and 400 texts for £25 a month

i am not a heavy user on my mobile,i use works 1 for that

so instead of giving me a small discount they prefer you to cancel.

the thing is i have 3 contracts with 02 (me,the missus and little lad) and that didn`t concern them to keep me

seriously tempted to go to t mobile the only prob is its a 18 month contract and i dont fancy that

18 months is sounding a lot better than o2 at the moment tho i must say

T-mobile got some good deals.

But, do not get the K810i as its shit. The keys are too small and fiddly. Also the camera shutter opens all the time as its a shit design. The old K750i is much better.

They all seem to try and push you into an 18 month contract these days, I wouldn't mind if it wasn't for the fact that not one of the phones I've got for that period has actually lasted as long as the contract itself

O2 are total shite though

Just checked and my shit phone is a a K800i. Don't actually know what the K810i is like, but if its anything like mine then stay well clear.
