Diesel conversion.....
Ik,ive got a snotter 1.7 diesel Astra van as a run around...
The engines showing abit of age now,so for the sake of it,il just chuck a new 1 in...
Looked on ebay,and theres loads of TD engines,and im just wondering how hard,and how much shit it would be to throw a TD engine in,insted of just dropin the standard engine in...

Not a hard job,
Im guessing its a GM engine in there at the moment? if so you would need to find a gm td lump
Not the isuzu one unless you want to start pissing about, although the Isuzu lump is pretty tuneable

Well i can get a TD engine no probs..suppose ive just got to bolt the intercooler in somewhere too,thats not a prob..Just wiring im worried about??
