Doesn't Norris sell newpapers on Coronation Street! lol

Congratulations, some very impressive achievements there.

Shame that after getting hold of the fuel C's silver R33 had some kind of limiter/fuel or boost cut that it wouldn't accelerate past 160mph even though still pulling

Will we see these cars at the Pod on 10th October?

It makes very little difference
183.3 round the bend
181.8 from standing
Those were my old times.
Wind resistance take out all early gains believe me, from 193 on it was a crawl, a couple of secs more on the throttle or a rolling start makes buggerall difference.
Rod
ps. Think Mike r found the same. Mine would deffo pull 200 down Brunters from a standing start.

I make it 200.2 mph Rod from a standing start based on 10.1% increase over your old times.

But then i read this

Over 100 they do slow down compared to the rwd's, Rod's for example was estimated at 95-201.8 is 15secs

WOW!!
My 100-150 is quicker than both, surely the Rockets time is wrong , cant wait for PF mag to come out to tell all.
Rod
ps. No fancy gearbox either.

then?
Seems so!!

Yes aN estimate only that was taken from my Nitrous timer that records 100% (over 98% actually} throttle time on Nitrous in 4th & 5th gear. Mark changed into 4th at 95/100 hence my guess. would have to add a 'into' 5th change so approx16s . Im not claiming anything but cant see why my guess is that far out ?.

This is the kit we have:

http://www.corrsys-datron.com/prod_sens_gps.htm

Accurate to 0.1kmh @ 1854kmh

Some figures will look strange as they were pretty much all from different runs. IE the best 100-150 times weren't the same runs as the best 0-100 times etc.

Should have made that point clear in my original post!

Sorry, but you can't compare REAL times to guesstimates from Nitrous timers...

No offence Rodney, but your 0-200mph guesses seem incredibly optimistic when compared to other cars!

Renton my dear friend the only guess was an approx 0-200 as i was asked .
All other times are timed by PF as you know.
My 100-150 split is quicker than those you have printed. The mag is out soon so you can see.
Despite being destroyed off the line by the two cars printed my car was doing 200 at the end as you know, so the car got a move on at some point . Only the Rocket recorded a higher Topspeed. IM CHUFFED!!.

THE 0-200 TIME WAS A GUESS AT 24S. IT IS NOT A RECORDED TIME CAN EVERY OHE READ THIS SO I DONT HAVE TO SAY IT
AGAIN.

Redline is acurate to -0000000000015%
PF -000000000000014%

They both use proper gear, but PF dont do nudes.

Me too mate!!
I log every time from all Cossie events, tyre sizes, gearing eveything, It enabled me to get my gearing spot on for my cars 2 Topspeed record runs. Best Part of the day for me was Mark leaping from the car & saying the gearings 'spot bollix' Rod. D. made all the hours looking at Tyre sizes & gearing against the Engine Graph worth while. Cant believe i did a guesstimate it aint like me.

Shame!

Neither do Redline, always some tidy birds in the mag with their tits out (so did perf ford a few yr back), which isnt exactly nude, tho when you was young, in the 20s, showing a bit of ankle was hardcore porn wasnt it?

We use the Racelogic VBOX just for info.

Both our gear and Redlines Datron is as accurate as possible without asking NASA to personally get involved! LOL

Other Beam timing gear... Well I won't even go into that...

Oh, Rod I just did the calulation you did re: 100-150 thinking he's done that wrong, but your right
