just my luck got the escort out for the first time since last year.
checked it all before starting it up (started first click)
let it warm up drove it about 5 min lost all boost and had a very loud rattle and a lot of smoke out the exhaust
towed it back home cheked it over to find the turbo is goosed.
proper wounded as it has only done 1500 miles (tt t38) checked the warrantee and its 2 months out fook.
any way whats peoples views on the xs power super t70 got some good spec on it and its a cheap fix until i can get a garret gt35 or a garret t4 any views would be appreciated

Still worth a phone call to TT though, you never know. They may still help you out as its only done 1500 miles and im sure they'll want to know why its gone so soon.

Ditto that - they did mine a few months out of warranty. Very good of them.

Even if they charge, chances are it will be done at a special rate as a customer of theirs.

T70 is miles bigger, bigger than a GT35, which itself is massivley bigger than a T38, and needs external gate anyhow.

i was thinking of a up grade anyway as i was pushing this beond limits. ive already got an external gate (50mm one) with a modified 2wd manafold and quite a good engine spec which is running 8 grays on rs500 pelenium with 79mm throtle body but thinking on going for 4 siemens blacks and getin it live mapped from stu
