Going with the lads on Thurs, whats the nightlife etc like

I've went with my girlfriend a few years ago and I would say the nightlife is pretty poor to be honest.

It's a more of a family resort and not really the place I'd expect a group of lads to go.

It is nice though, you're just not going to have a massive choice of clubs and bars like in other resorts.

There's a big theme park nearby which is worth a vist if you're into that kind of thing.

its a bit poor mate as said above its a family resort. but iirc barcelona not too far away and thats a good night

Went there a few years ago, think there was about 1 night club and 1 water park. Definatly a family resort

I have heard the nightlife is pretty shite as well, told them why did they book it. Ah well will make the most of it and its still early so time for another one at end of summer

as said above theme park (port aventura) is def worth taking a look as is the water park.

agreed is a family plce but still goo dnone the less.

i think barcelona is about an hour away

I went to a stag do there, maybe it was the crew rather than the place but we had some good carnage in Salou.

Yep there were Spanish old people in the hotel who didn't quite know what to make of us!

There is 12 of us going and a few have been on a stag do before they said they had a good time and not all the pubs were open coz it was early in the year, so hoping it will be half decent with a bit of fanny. But if not will still have a good crack
