Default Im young again, oh my

gosh.
Sitting in the lounge, there was a knock at the door & 2 of the local lads had brought their new car round to show me.
The owner threw me the keys, told me it was sequential & to stick to 11k.
Took about a mile to get to grips with it & then thought I would give it some real wellie. Mine reaches 185 on the back straight of the ring road so off I went 11k in each gear, at 85 my wig blew off, by 95 I could not see or think & at 110 the limits of human endurance had been reached & my willians harness strap was also beating me to death, I had to back off 110 felt like 220 in mine, totally fun, loved it.
Car was a Tiger B6 with a 900cc Kwakkers, the owner was quoting 0-60 3.6 & beating everything on the road, not in a million years was it that quick but for sheer fun it takes some beating. Im glad im retired or I would probably go out & buy something similar, but im supposed to be a tele & slippers man now so will resist the temtation.
Rod
ps Are pensioners supposed to do these things, the look on my neibours face as I dropped the clutch at 6k was a treat .
