You're right Steve it was a very very small board. Some 25 Chefs that came off. There were people with 37 points who still didn't get promoted as they didn't meet the quality line

I bought my mess dress when I got promoted to Lance Corporal so no need for a stinger in the pocket there
Never had to have any of my unform altered at all. Quite lucky there as some of the chefs haven't got a hope in hell of getting into their number 2'S

I want to go on tour so I can learn my new job quickly. Still got another 12 years to push yet. It'D be rude not to see how far I can get

Been quite a good week as I picked up on Friday and had my GOC's Commendation presented to me on Thursday. I doubt I'll have a better week

A coulple of the guys at my place were expecting to come off the board, turned out they haven't done any CLM always next year for them.

I'm at Wattisham until May of next year but i've no idea where i'll go next as i haven't thought about it. I might see about extending for the Bde deployment on Herrick next year.

Before that though i'm off down to the Dorchester in a few weeks time as i've been put forward to the salon culinere at the end of the year
