After being a bit blunt with my manager!

Had a good days graft today and got plenty done. I worked through my 10 o'clock break, had a short lunch break and spent my 3 o'clock on my phone to the other half. At 4.48 my manager comes through and asks me to do something, which he knows fine well was done this morning but it only takes 2 minutes to do so I wasnt too bothered. However he came back 30 seconds later saying he cant have me standing around doing nothing! Cheeky bastard, Id done loads today. So he then tried to butt in with "Im not having a go at you but......". And so in his eyes Id obviously done nothing all day because it was 10 minutes to clock off time and I was chatting to someone. Without so much as a chance to explain that Id missed a break and cut short my lunch he proceeded to go on and on about me standing doing nothing was unacceptable and if there was nothing to do I should have came to see him for work. At 4.50!!!???? Is he for real??

Anyhow I lost my temper and told him that Im sick of getting grief off them (for being off work sick with a genuine problem and they have copies of all hospital appointments etc I have had to attend) and to just leave it, and I walked away. He followed me again still going on so I told him to leave it and walked away again. He continued to follow me and after telling him a couple more times I lost it, turned back on him and told him to "FUCK OFF" and continued to walk away. He still kept following me so I turned again and made it very clear that I was going to murder him if he didnt piss off back to his office.
He then stormed off saying "Im not having this attitude" at which I was a good boy and didnt go after him and feed him his own fucking heart!!!!

I know he will have been straight on the phone to his manager who is a pillock too, and I know they are going to have me in the office in the morning and go on and on about it again which will wind me up and Ill snap again!!! AAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

I know they have got a little plot between them to try and get me in as much trouble as possible so they have grounds to sack me. Wankers!!!!
Ill give them fucking grounds tomorrow if they start!!

mate just walk in happy as larry and explain all the work you had done yesterday. if they say that is not good enough compare it to someone elses work load to prove that you did not do the lions share and then see what they have to say. i get that from my bosses sometimes, they always say you should be proactive, and i tell them to learn another word and do some fookin work themselves

never give the coonts the satisfaction it will piss them off more and you will laugh at it i promise

its times like this when I am glad I am in the RAF and get to finish work when the aircraft are serviceable.... , it is fucking hard work sometimes though, can work 24 hour shifts when we are away on operations and circimstances mean the aircraft HAVE to be ready to fly, but when there is nothing much happening we get knocked off if there is a chance for the grown ups to get us away

I worry one day I will have to get a real job like this shit that you are talking about, why can't people see that treating your staff like Idiots only makes them more determined to do fuck all?? if he had come into you and said " well done ern, you done a lot today, thanks for your effort", you might have done the same again tommorrow etc, and its good for everyone, now he's just put your back up so without even thinking about it you will just be a cunt ( even though yu are technically doing nothing wrong) and just work to what needs doing, not what you can actually achive ......

I would go striaght to him in the morning, and explain calmly why you got so cross, IE you had done your upmost to get the work done, and then some, and you felt particually upset that rarther than notice the hours of work you had put in, which makes him look good as well, he chose to belittle you for the sake of a petty task..... Apologise for swearing at him, but tell him exactly why it made you so cross - And if that fails just kick him in the cunt and get a new job

A good friend of mine has a bodyshop and has offered me a job if needs be, Ill be on same money as now till Im trained up and then it will go up to a decent rate.

Well I was right, straight in the office this morning. Was not given the chance to explain my side of the story and a report was being sent to head office. They gave me another written warning for being off sick (hospital letters and doctors letters mean nothing to these wankers).

Big boss said he was going to head off ice and would be back this afternoon to see me. I knew what was coming so I told them to shove it up their arses and promptly left. On my way out my manager had a smug "fuck you" look on his face which I would have gladly wiped off if I didnt know he was a sniveling little twat and got the police involved.

Fuck it, time to move on to pastures new. Im starting in a bodyshop as of Monday.

Yep money went in the bank this morning. And Im getting paid weekly in the bodyshop.

Been there since 10 ish this morning and already done a full polish on a Vectra, prepped a 51 plate Mini rear quarter and Im going back in a minute to finish the repair and prep a Mk4 Escort Cabby which has had a rear quarter on it and bonnet repairs.

how long have you been there mate? Over a year and you are laughing, just go to the docs with " depression", and do the cunts for constructive dismissal, due to them bullying you , even if it don't go to tribunaral, they might offer you a settlement to drop it, especially if you threaten the local press etc?

Never thought of that, I would have been there 3 year in July. I actually have been depressed again recently but never went to the docs for it.
