rsoc registration!!!!!

why the hell carn't i register on the rsoc???? all i have is a hotmail email address but it wont take this???

can any one help???

Haven't you got an email account provided by your ISP?

RSOC won't take any registrations with users using a 'free' email account.

what does a isp address mean and where do you get one???

you need a e mail address off the company who provides your internet connection( internet service provider ISP)
