can some one please tell me where to find the temp gauge sensor on a 1993 saph cosworth it is reading of the scale even on cold start up i think it needs attention does anyone know where and what to look for cheers

Not 100% sure on 2wd but 2wd is at front of head, offside corner, single wire going to rubber 90 degree boot covered terminal, test guage by holding wire against head and it should read max temp.

At the back, under number 4 inlet runner, just next to disptck. Pull teh wire off, if it goes down, its the sender, if it doesnt, its the wire shorted to earth somewhere or a dodgy gauge.
