Last April I took out a contract with o2 for 12 months, however they have now decided it was an 18 month contract which I know it wasn't. Anyone else had this problem before?

Nope, all they sent through was the phone and a new sim card

 

Just cancel the direct debit claude. If they kick up a fuss say you want to upgrade another 12 month contract like the one before but if they think its 18 months they can sing for their money. They will come around.

Last time i rang o2, i gave them my name, address, security questions etc, and she told me that i had an 18 month contract, i owe them like 60 odd quid etc...

Turns out she tapped my phone number in wrong, and didnt listen to any of my details i was giving her, so didnt realise her mistake. the stupid cow then just hung the phone up on me.

O2 sucks!

 

ive had so many problems with o2 that i could right a book on the cunts.

Cant be too harsh tho, i think going by the amount they got my last phone bill correct. Shame the other 10 so far have been for me and the rest of my town lol
