all other clubs that have played illegal players have been docked points. it was obo a serious offence to be fined 5.5million.
IMO the premier league when the decision was made thought that west ham would get relegated anyways so the fine would hit harder. west ham have done the business in last few games and it has come back and bit the Pl on the ass...
