IMO the premier league when the decision was made thought that west ham would get relegated anyways so the fine would hit harder. west ham have done the business in last few games and it has come back and bit the Pl on the ass...

the players have never been illegal, the fine was for the 3rd partu intrest in breaking rule U13, the players and the registrations were allways ok

also, the previous chairman and md are responsible for what happend, so the new ones get the points ???

You wouldnt expect to buy a car, and have to take 3 point because the previous owner got caught speeding would you

Brown and alldridge are to blame for this
