DAMMIT!!! Just when you think you have everything solved it fucks up again. Took it to streach its legs make sure all is ok, idles a bit high, has a slight missfire now and again but all seems good. 
nothing a bit of a tune up wont solve.
Then on the return trip after a quick blast down southend road and it dies at the trafic lights. Revs just drop right out of it.
battery is dead. So had to push it into tesco and bump it.
Ok with the bump start but looks like my idle control has completely gone. Toe Healing it to get it back home. Grrrr

has your metering flap got "stuck" ?
take the big circle bit off the top n check that it's free floating and doesnt scrape the edges. if ot does... loosen centre screw and re-centre it.
should havea 0.4mm gap round every edge..
