what message are you getting? if its the one saying not available please try agian later (or words to that effect) then do just that, try agian later and normally it works.
If its a different message click on "tools" "options" "connection" the click on "connection troubleshooter" and see what the test returns

when msn says the service isnt available its a filthy lie!
Ive had times when my pc says that, so i try on my laptop which is on the same internet connection next to the computer it and it works

mine says im signin in, then tells me i have soo many emails like it does when you sign in but will still leave the signin in screen on for ages, so i have to clik cancel then keep tryin does my head in
