Default Bleeding AP's

Hi Guys

Is there any particular method you should use when bleeding AP's? - they're 6 pots if that makes any difference.

Do i need to do the inner, then outer, just the outer? etc..?

I do inner, outer, inner, outer, inner and then outer just to make sure
