Ive been looking at the overall layout of PassionFord this past few days and have decided that some of the logos used could do with updating somewhat now we are 12+mths old.....

So Id like your input on what to replace these following Logos with:

2)



3) Gold PF Member

Id like something far more "Integrated" with the PF theme if you follow me? Something more professional and part of the overall layout of the thing, and higher resolution..... other than that, Its over to you

Smaller, bigger, whatever, lets see what you guys like and come up with...

Been playing with some ideas and I think this is one of the best I have come up with.

its actually an escort cosworth brochure, which is cool, just modded a little

Only thing i must ad is please leave the words Cosworth/rs etc out of them as this is a Ford dedicated site and i dont want to start making it look RS biased..



The banner also could do with updating and i know Pet was on with it but there was a problem with Flash or something, but if anyone wants to have a crack at maybe 2? 1 to appeal to traders and 1 to appeal to prospective gold members?


The winner will win at least a lifetime Gold membership. We will have some runner up gold memberships too for that matter so everyone may as well have a crack for us if your feeling generous to the cause

Anyone whos currently needing something for their car may of course qualify for some serious discount too... im open to suggestions on this matter as i really want the whole layout with regards Icons and Badges tidying up and bringing up to a professional level now

The existing logos were a temporary measure over 12months ago. PF's proved she is here to stay now so i think she needs a little polishing visually now...

Anyone else have any idea for things that need improving whilst were at it?

got to agree... those 2 mr manchester did are very good .. ok i know its a cossie based thing and we are a ford site .. but they do look good .. and as they do have cossies... good choice for em sorry

As for the Cosworth stuff... thats my fault, i should have made it much clearer... But without the word Cosworth its possibly my favourite of the 2

 

Ohh.. whilst i remember, the logo's can break the 5K limit if necessary as its official PF graphics and they will be served local on our server

I want em to look great so dont worry too much about the disk size, within reason

 

here stu, iv sharpened the whole image up and lost the underline under the word Moderator.

 

Im liking that a lot better.. It may be me but it still looks a bit blurred with the blue text somehow.. im thinking it may be my monitor

i cant go any sharper with it stu if i do then you can see all the tiny pixels and it look vary grainy

 

i aint good at all that so ill help decide
