painting new spoiler what primer?
I have just got a brand new gen ford rear spoiler to fit my daily runabout mondeo, Do I need to use plastic primer first or will normal primer be ok?

id use plastic if i were you.....bit safer with the frost expansion protection shit

AFAIK, the actual paint should have plasticiser in it too (top coat), but I'm sure there are people who have got away without it.
