hi mate
i can get you uprated planet gears if needed hell of alot stronger than the standard ford ones use these on alot a rallycars/track cars with uprated Viscous couplings and work fine no issues
years ago i broke a standard diff and never when back to one again
i when a bought a brand new plated diff and never had a problem since all i have done to it in the last 7yrs is to have it serviced with new plates thats it
...i cant understand why people still put a standard diff back in their car when they know it wont last faulse economy
your better of to bite the bullit and buy a proper diff
i have never looked back since
