My RST use to lock & Unlock as yours does & I traced it to a bad connection on the drivers door. This was in the kick panel where the alarm fitters had just twisted the wire together that controlled the central locking. Might be a place to look first.

the valet may be the wrong code or has it worked before ? if it worked before then its your valet switch or connection on the plug .
ford locking can be a complete fuck up i can do 2 cars with exactly the same locking and one will need a locking relay and the other wont . it usually comes down to the master solenoid being either lazy or tight. a locking relay should sort the problem out (depending on which clifford you had fitted of course) . are you any good with a volt meter ?

its nothing to do with the alarm. 99% it will be one of the crap ford door lock motors, disconnect each one in turn until the alarm will lock the remaining doors then get the motor replaced.
