had a message from my local ford dealers asking if i could contact him ref me still selling my racing puma
was there a few weeks ago getting mot done and asked about st170's and how much to trade for a new 1.....he came back offering £7000
politely told him where to go as i bought the car from him a yr earlier for nearly £12500
now he's offering more money tho dont know how much as i havent spoke to him yet
so does any 1 know what the st170's r like??
or should i tell him ti pi55 off?

You don`t want to get one now there will be a new model ST focus next year wait for that if you want one

I just bought a ST170 and can honestly say its very very impressive.

Handles great, excellent brakes, HID lights etc.

But....

Its not as rare as a RP but there is more room in the ST.

If you buy a ST get one with as many options as you can, leather, HID, sat nav, etc make for a very nice car!

keep the puma. although i have had 2 st170 i have had the same prob on both which is the inet cracking. acording to ford its because ford fabricated a manifold rather than cast one or something like that. more money than it worth. although it was a gud drive.
