Default does any of you lot do a mileage claim for the last year?
if so does anyone know how much you get per mile im an electrictian contracting if that helps

40p for the first 10,000 mile then 25p after that . i commute to the outer hebredees 7 days a week

cheers mate is that for any tax bracket eg 40per mile for everyone? and do they tax it. just trying to work out in advance how much i will be getting. bet you get a good claim?

Bugger, didn't know it was 25 p after 10,000miles. I've got to do my first claim this year and was hoping for 40p for total mileage
